It will come as no surprise that Donald Trump has once again chosen to spew “alternative facts” in a morning Tweet. We all know that he has no understanding or appreciation for truth in any matter, but when it comes to politics, truth is rare.
As the Dow Jones continues to rise based on market assumptions of corporate tax rate being slashed, Trump continues to boast about the record highs. But now he’s making a baseless claim that if Hillary Clinton had won the election, the market would be down 50%.
The Dow just broke 24,000 for the first time (another all-time Record). If the Dems had won the Presidential Election, the Market would be down 50% from these levels and Consumer Confidence, which is also at an all-time high, would be “low and glum!”

I know this may be a waste of time because morons like Donald Trump don’t really care about the truth, but maybe he should be reminded that the Dow Jones climbed for 8 straight years under the Obama administration.
But then again, we’re talking about a man who admitted to and apologized for making statement about sexual assaulting women on the Access Hollywood tapes and is now claiming that the tapes were somehow doctored and that it may not be his voice on the tapes.
Donald J. Trump is mentally ill. He is unstable and should be impeached. He is a threat to our safety, a threat to our security, and a threat to our democracy.
